Outputting SMDR Records

The SMDR records can be outputted on the controller's telnet port  LPR1 (port number 1754). You can view the captured SDMR records using a terminal emulator (for example, PuTTy).

To view SMDR records:

1. System Ports form

2. Highlight the desired record

3. Click Change

4. Enter LPR1 as the port name to the controller's port.

3. Application Logical Ports form

4. Highlight SMDR Logs

5. Click Change

6. Enter the port name programmed in step 1.

3. Start a  terminal emulator application (for example, PuTTy), and connect to the controller using the IP address, port number 1754, and connection type as Telnet.
   The application displays the SMDR records in real time.

NOTE: MiVoice Business does not buffer SMDR logs.
